Monetary rewards

This is made up of your fixed pay, then added on (where applicable) with your variable pay (bonus) and increment. These are tailored to factors such as your unique talents, abilities, and experiences. 

Fixed pay: We strive to offer competitive and fair pay to recognise the work that you do. This is also reviewed periodically and adjusted based on relevant market benchmarks.
Variable pay: Rewarding you for your achievements, impact, and contributions to the business, clients, and community.

Leave: Covers your annual leave, medical, parental (includes adoptions as well and 30 days for new fathers), marriage, study, COVID-19 vaccination, and more.

New mothers are able to enjoy 120 days of paid maternity leave where part of it can be flexed throughout your child's first year of life. 

Healthcare and insurance: Includes coverage for your medical needs, annual screenings, maternity, dental and optical, physiotherapy, and long term medication.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): A free and confidential counselling hotline for you. Allows you to share your challenges (whether work or personal) with external professionals, if needed. 
Family support: An integrated benefit which supports you in your parenthood journey (childcare and education fees, vaccinations, etc.), as well as caring for your elderly parents (nursing, palliative, hospice care, etc.).
