Greetings! My name is Vita Miroshnychenko, and I lead the Customs Regulation and International Trade practice at PwC Ukraine. 

I am glad that my team and I had an opportunity to develop the first in Ukraine Guide for the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) Programme. 

This guide is a source of answers to key questions asked by business about an AEO it needs to know in considering obtaining this status. 

It is my sincere hope that the Ukrainian business will have an opportunity to benefit from the AEO Programme and its special simplifications and this will enhance confidence in customs authorities.
