Tax and Tax Litigation practices at PwC Ukraine recognized as No 1 on the market according to The Legal 500 EMEA

According to the international ranking The Legal 500 EMEA for 2016, PwC Legal Ukraine was recognized as a leader in tax litigation and consulting. The study highlights high level of expertise of the firm’s specialists in Corporate and Commercial law as well as competent legal support of M&A transactions. The agency also took notice of and praised the firm’s integrated tax litigation project performed for a well-known industry leader – COGNIANCE (IT, Silicon Valley). In addition, the study points out a ‘patient and intelligent approach [by the firm’s experts] to the complexities of Ukrainian law’.
The agency has been providing its rating services for the past 28 years, evaluating the work of law firms and providing an up-to-date overview of the tax and legal services market worldwide. While collecting, analyzing and publishing its findings, only carefully verified information is used about the firm’s projects that were successfully completed during the preceding year. Client feedback and peer reviews are used as well. The rating selects firms that provide the most effective innovative solutions to corporate clients.
