PwC Legal Ukraine welcomes Alexander Pshenishnyuk as Head of its Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Practice.

Mr. Pshenishnyuk has over 10 years of experience of practicing law in international and domestic markets.

Alexander has extensive experience in providing a wide range of legal services and advising on compliance issues for leading pharmaceutical companies operating in emerging markets. For the last 8 years, he has dealt with a wide variety of legal challenges as an in-house expert in charge of Ukraine and CIS markets working for multinational pharmaceutical companies.

Besides that, he has accumulated solid expertise in M&A, international law, IP Law, antitrust, diplomacy & mediation, finance, labor law, taxation and litigation.
