The State Tax Service (STS) of Ukraine has published the results of the 2024 transfer pricing reporting campaign

The STS of Ukraine has announced the completion of the 2024 TP reporting campaign, which included the submission of the Report on Controlled Transactions and the Notification on Participation in an International Group of Companies.

As of early October, the STS received 1,754 Notifications on Participation in International Groups of Companies and 2,797 Reports on Controlled Transactions, in which taxpayers declared the total volume of such transactions amounting to UAH 3.3 trillion. The majority of controlled transactions were conducted with non-residents from Austria, Switzerland, France, and the Netherlands. The main types of controlled transactions remain commodity operations, banking, and financial services.

In addition, taxpayers performed self-adjustments of prices in controlled transactions and corporate income tax liabilities for 2024, totalling UAH 2.7 billion.
