The form of notification on the concluding of a forward contract, a futures contract has been updated

The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the approval of a new form of notification on concluding a forward contract, a futures contract or a contract for transactions with commodities entered into force on 5 February 2021 (further – "the Form").
Inter alia, the Form is supplemented by new columns 14-18, which provide for the obligation to disclose information on payment terms, as well as sanctions and discounts or bonuses.
Henceforth, companies that carry out controlled transactions on the basis of these types of contracts must submit these notifications in the new Form.
