PwC Ukraine strengthens the management of the Tax Practice

Effective October 1 Anna Nevmerzhytska, Senior Manager at PwC Ukraine is appointed as Director and Leader of International Tax Solutions practice. Anna will also lead the Financial Services Practice related to bank and non-bank institutions taxation. In this way, Anna will strengthen the management team of PwC’s Ukraine Tax Practice, which has been recognized as one of the best in the market by independent rating agencies for many years in a row.
Anna has more than 12 years’ experience in tax consulting related to various aspects of foreign economic activity including advising on application of double tax treaties, Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (Multilateral Instrument or MLI), building transparent trading, holding and financial structures for Ukrainian and international groups in line with world tax and regulatory requirements, implementation compliance with FATCA and CRS requirements.
Since 2018 Anna has been a member of the Ministry of Finance Expert Council responsible for the development of generalized tax consultations. She is also a member of the Tax and Accounting Committee at the Independent Association of Ukrainian Banks.
