Leading HR Organisation™

The competition is based on the HR Benchmarking Study carried out annually by PwC Slovakia. As part of this study, PwC announced a competition for the best companies in each sector for the fourth time.

Indicators in four key areas will be assessed:

• HR Leading
• HR Lagging
• Organisational structure
• Productivity and financial indicators

These indicators reflect the education and development of staff, career opportunities within the organisation, the competitiveness of the remuneration structure, the effectiveness of recruitment processes, absenteeism and attrition, the attractiveness of the employer in the labour market, corporate structure and overall productivity.
