Bratislava, 5 September 2019 - PwC in Slovakia appointed three new directors as of 1 October 2019 - Rastislav Petruška and František Zummer in Assurance and Ivan Hlavenka in Advisory.
Ivan Hlavenka has worked in the transaction advisory department since 2016, specializing in M&A advisory and forensic investigations. He joined PwC in 2017 as an auditor and has also worked in financial controlling at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Bratislava in banking and investing. He is a member of ACCA, a statutory auditor and a tax advisor.
Rastislav Petruška works in the CMAAS team, specializing in accounting consulting. He joined PwC's Audit Department in 2007, and completed a four-year internship in the Technical Accounting Department, specializing in financial instruments. He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce of the University of Economics in Bratislava, Department of International Trade and Faculty of Management, Comenius University. He is a member of ACCA and a statutory auditor.
František Zummer has worked in the Audit Department since 2008. He also completed a two-year internship at PwC in Minneapolis, US. He specializes in shared service industries, manufacturing companies and the automotive industry. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Economics in Bratislava, specialising in Economics and Business Management. He is a member of ACCA.
