Ivan Hlavenka to lead transaction advisory services at PwC Slovakia

Bratislava, 6 February 2025 – The transaction advisory team at PwC Slovakia is to be led by Ivan Hlavenka, who has specialized in valuation services and company due diligence since 2016. He expanded transaction advisory services to include post-merger integration to ensure services provided to clients are comprehensive and go beyond the acquisition of a company by realizing synergies.

In the past, Ivan has specialized in advisory projects in the energy, water management, and manufacturing sectors. He has led various technically demanding and complex projects for a wide portfolio of clients. He began his career at PwC in the audit department in 2007 and holds an ACCA certification.
