Alica Pavúková Appointed CEE Assurance Chief Quality Officer at PwC CEE

Bratislava, 28 September 2023 - Alica Pavúkova has been appointed CEE Assurance Chief Quality Officer, her focus will be on ensuring PwC delivers the highest quality audits supported by the Quality Management System at PwC offices across Central and Eastern Europe in 27 countries.

Alica was a member of the International Team at PwC Global Assurance Quality - Inspections from 2020-2022, before she led the largest Assurance practice in Slovakia with more than 250 assurance specialists from 2016 to 2020 and she is also an elected member of the CEE Partner Council.

Alica became a Partner in 2006 and has also held the position of leader for diversity and inclusion at PwC CEE. She is an ACCA member and a CPA graduate (US). Alica completed a 6-month residency at PwC in Cambridge, UK, and an 18-month residency as a manager at PwC in Melbourne, Australia. From 2019-2021, Alica was President of the CFO Club Slovakia.
