Andrew is a partner in the Calgary office of PwC Law. 

Andrew has specialized in indirect tax since 2004. He advises local, multi-national and multi-jurisdictional businesses on their indirect tax issues, including reviewing re-organizations, performing risk assessments, reviewing transaction implications and assisting with dispute resolution matters.

Prior to joining PwC Law, Andrew worked at professional services firms, including an allied law firm, for over 12 years. Prior to that, Andrew worked for British Columbia's Ministry of Finance where he was involved in the review of specific provisions of the B.C. PST legislation. He also acted as an Appeals Officer and assisted many businesses with their provincial indirect tax appeals.

Andrew is called to the bar in British Columbia and Alberta.
