Domenic is a Partner in Canada’s PwC’s Consulting practice. He has over 30 years of public sector experience in Canada and globally, both as a consultant and public servant, and is recognized for his expertise in government program operations and service delivery, strategy, governance, and organizational development. He specializes in complex, enterprise transformation initiatives that include large-scale program, technical and organizational change in public sector organizations.

Domenic has worked with federal, provincial, and municipal organizations, as well as education, health, and not-for-profit institutions. He has successfully led and managed many consulting assignments, providing clients with transformation thought leadership as well as taking on hands-on responsibility for project delivery. Through his many assignments, Domenic has gained the trust and credibility of senior executives and has worked closely with them providing thought leadership, coaching and strategic direction to their transformation efforts. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a Masters of Public Administration from Queen’s University.
