Business Coaching Diploma Advanced Coach is designed for experienced coaches who wish to deepen their expertise. Building on the foundations of the Intense program, this advanced course explores complex coaching dynamics, systemic thinking, and advanced techniques that support sustainable change in individuals and organizations. Led by top-tier coaches with international credentials, the program offers a rich blend of theory, practice, and reflection. You will engage in advanced coaching conversations, explore diverse coaching models, and refine your unique coaching style. The course also includes group and individual mentoring aligned with International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements for higher-level accreditation, supporting your journey toward becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Module 1: Systemic Coaching & Self-Management
This module covers:
- Principles of how systems function in organisations and relationships,
- Conscious self-management – energy, presence and professional boundaries.
Module 2: Embodied Coaching & Emotional Courage
This module covers:
- Working with the body and emotions in coaching,
- Courage and readiness to accompany the client in difficult topics.
Module 3: Coaching Practice & Feedback
This module covers:
- What distinguishes a coach at the ICF PCC level,
- Coaching practice.
Module 4: PCC-Level Preparation
This module covers:
- Final Assessment with ICF PCC markers,
- Final exam - Presentation.
Course details
Business Coaching Diploma Advanced Coach is a programme designed for experienced coaches, who are ready to deepen their practice and work at the ICF PCC level. As this is an advanced course, certain entry requirements must be met.
To apply, you will need to have completed the following:
- Completion of the Business Coaching Diploma programme or another comparable coaching training*
and
- Relevant coaching experience, including at least 50 hours of coaching and a minimum of 10 hours of mentoring.
* In this case we will verify if the content of the coaching training corresponds to that of Business Coaching Diploma and follows the ICF standards: Core Competencies Schedule and Code of Ethics.
If you are just beginning your coaching journey, we recommend starting with the Business Coaching Diploma Intense, which provides essential coaching knowledge and skills for professional coaching conversations.
Business Coaching Diploma Advanced Coach is a highly interactive, live online format.
The programme consists of:
7 live online workshops,
Observed practice sessions with mentor feedback,
Group supervision, peer exercises and self-study assignments,
Final live assessment and presentation.
The complete Business Coaching Diploma Advanced Coach course is Level 2 accredited.
Upon completion of the program participants receive the Business Coaching Diploma Advanced Coach certificate, after which they can apply for the individual ICF ACC or PCC accreditation through the Level 2 pathway.

Diploma.

Joanna holds the position of CEE Head Coaching Practice in PwC since 2011. She is an
ICF Master Certified Coach. She leads mentoring programmes required by ICF for coaches
before their accreditation exam. She supervises coaches individually and in groups. Joanna
is the author of many coaching training programmes for management teams. Has experience in
implementing a coaching culture in organisations.
