• Metaprogrammes,
• Linguistics in coaching,
• GROW model,
• Dilt’s logical levels.

Areas covered:

• SMART dimensioning of goals,
• Goal & Effect technique,
• Brain in coaching & kaizen method,
• Working with dilemma technique,
• Working with habits –⁠ habit loop,
• Working with habits –⁠ technique.

Module covers:

• Working with limiting beliefs,
• Rational Behavior Therapy – technique used in coaching,
• Creative techniques related to coaching: Flow, MPS, Walt Disney’s approach,

• ICF Code of Ethics & ethical case studies.

During this module you learn individual coaching techniques. The module is concluded by wrap up, summarizing all techniques. Following the wrap up you are going to practice all techniques learned in pairs/trios and you recieve a feedback from tutors before the final exam.

• Introduction to Alan Seale’s Transformational Presence:
  • Potential based vs transactional approach,

  • Three Intelligence Centers Dialogue,
  • Theory U.
• Working with relationships:
  • Introduction to systemic work,
  • 4 perspectives technique,
  • Value bridge technique,
  • Social panorama technique.

Final assessment consist of:

• Theoretical test –⁠ answering several questions on the content learned,
• Coaching session –⁠ with a client provided by us, 20 minutes long, feedback received from our tutors based on the ICF Core Competencies.
