In order to align with the PwC global firm financial year end, being 30 June, the Malta firm has resolved to change its year end for financial reporting purposes, and as a consequence, the reporting date for the PwC Malta Transparency Report, to 30 June.
The last Transparency Report was published for the year ended 31 December 2016, and, accordingly, the 2018 Transparency Report will cover the eighteen month period to 30 June 2018. This Transparency Report will distinguish between financial reporting for the 12 months to 31 December 2017, for comparative purposes, and the six months to 30 June 2018.
