Company secretarial services principally consist of assistance and support to the company secretary in relation to statutory compliance matters regulated by the companies act, mainly assistance in connection with:

  • Preparation of the annual return and annual beneficial ownership confirmation.
  • Submission of the annual financial statements.
  • Beneficial ownership statutory forms and declarations and preparation of the necessary forms and documentation for changes to the Company’s directors, registered office address, company secretary or corporate name.
  • Drafting of any corporate resolutions and/or minutes relative to statutory requirements.
  • Maintenance of the Company’s registers including shareholders, directors, company secretary, and beneficial ownership register.
  • Preparation of share certificates.
  • Assistance with any compliance inspection carried out by the Malta Business Registry.
