At PwC Malta, our purpose is clear: to create positive, lasting impact where it matters most - right here at home. We believe that real change happens when we combine passion, purpose and action, together.
Our people are at the heart of this commitment. Each year, every PwC Malta employee is given up to 8 hours of paid volunteering time, empowering them to contribute to causes they care about.
This year, our teams rolled up their sleeves and gave back across Malta - volunteering at food banks, animal sanctuaries, heritage sites, social support programmes and environmental initiatives like tree planting. Volunteering has become more than just giving time - it’s a way to connect, grow and build stronger teams.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Our people tell us how powerful these experiences are for their personal growth and team spirit. The organisations we supported also expressed sincere gratitude for our contributions - in time, skills and spirit.
Beyond volunteering, PwC Malta supported these causes financially this year, reinforcing our commitment to making a broad, meaningful impact across the community:
Our commitment to Malta’s community is ongoing and growing. At PwC Malta, we see each act - whether of time, expertise, or financial support - as a step toward a better, more resilient future for all.
We invite you to join us - colleagues, partners and community members alike - to build momentum and make a tangible difference in the lives of people and organisations across Malta.
Our people participated in tree planting activities to help restore local green spaces and contribute to a healthier environment for the community.
Our team organised and took part in blood donation drives, supporting local hospitals and helping save lives.
