PwC announces appointment of Partner Slava Vlasov as Leader, Tax & Legal Services in Ukraine

PwC is pleased to announce a new leadership appointment in Ukraine. Starting July 1, 2019 Slava Vlasov will replace Camiel van der Meij in the position of a Leader, Tax and Legal Services.
In his new role, Slava will propel the firm’s team of more than 120 tax advisors and lawyers to a new level of success while helping Ukraine build a fair, trustworthy, business and investor friendly regulatory and tax environment.
Out of his 24 years of experience, both in business and in the consulting profession, Slava has devoted the last 11 years to PwC Ukraine, where he leads corporate tax and transfer pricing services. For almost a decade, he has also been Co-Chair of the Tax Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce.
A lawyer and American CPA by background, Slava is one of the most recognized tax professionals in Ukraine. He stands behind the success of his team, which is listed in tier 1 by many reputable international rankings and won the Tax Firm of the Year Award in 2018.
Commenting on his appointment, Slava Vlasov said:
