PwC Legal Ukraine welcomes Olga Romanenko as Head of its Intellectual Property, IT & Data Protection Practices.

Ms. Romanenko has extensive legal experience in advising clients on intellectual property (IP), technology and data protection issues.

With more than 10 years of experience, Olga advised a number of large national and multinational clients from a variety of industries on various IP issues, covering copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets. Her expertise also includes transactions involving the commercial use of IP, such as mergers and acquisitions, licensing, franchising, etc.

Olga has extensive experience in advising well-established national and international IT companies on IT-related issues. She regularly advised fast growing technology companies on issues ranging from major outsourcing projects and IP protection to post-completion cleanup. Olga’s expertise covers drafting and negotiating software development, licensing and outsourcing agreements, IP portfolio management (prior rights search, registration, monitoring of infringing IP registrations and assistance with IP protection).
