The winners in each category were selected on results of a survey of the Ukrainian legal community. Law firms and their marketing teams were rated on a numbers of indicators, such as: the size of their market presence, innovativeness and effectiveness of their marketing strategies as a whole, as well as in regard to specific practices/services, client oriented approaches, crisis outreach and pro-bono projects.

Based on the results of 2016, the Attorney’s Association “PwC Legal” was named a winner in the “Best Employer Among Law Firms” category.

PwC Legal Best Employer

Andrey Pronchenko, Managing Partner at the Attorneys Association “PwC Legal” says:

“I am very happy to receive this award, as it testifies to the effectiveness of my colleague’s work – partners and the firm’s administrative personnel, who spared no effort in creating ongoing comfortable work conditions for every employee of our firm. In January we are going to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of us working as the Attorney Association. I am convinced that this achievement came about entirely as a result of the professionalism of my colleagues – partners, lawyers, marketing and HR professionals.”

Commenting on the award, Alexey Katasonov, Director at the Attorneys Association “PwC Legal” shares the key ingredients of a one of a kind non-pecuniary compensation program, implemented by the firm:

“Recognition of your company as the Best Employer motivates and inspires. It is a well-deserved award, backed by meticulous work of many of my colleagues from the Ukraine’s office as well as from overseas offices. The firm’s motivational program is constantly upgraded and adapted based on its employee’s feedback. Thus, PwC conducts a Global People Survey among its employees that permits to gauge the degree of satisfaction among the employees with their work and uncovers those issues at any given office, which may be of concern to them. Me, as well as my colleagues, as convinced, that only a physically healthy and emotionally stable employee is capable of making positive contribution to the company. It is the task of the first order for every employer to create an environment where professionals feel comfortable working.”
