Attorney-at-law of AA “PwC Legal” in Ukraine Maryna Pavlenchyk became a co-author of the educational and practical handbook “Passing of the Bar Exam

Attorney-at-law of Dispute Resolution Practice of AA “PwC Legal” in Ukraine Maryna Pavlenchyk co-authored by the candidate of legal sciences (PhD in law), attorney-at-law Roman Veresha presented the educational and practical handbook “Passing of the Bar Exam”.

The publication constitutes a compilation of concise while also substantial answers on the questions of oral exam that is mandatory to pass in order to obtain attorney-at-law status in Ukraine. 

«The handbook is oriented to simplify preparation of future attorneys-at-law to the Bar Exam. Content of the each answer is composed to the extent which, in our opinion, is sufficient for demonstration of appropriate level of preparation», - Roman Veresha comments.

«In course of our work on the handbook, we have not been aimed to create asubstitution of legislative acts in terms of informational content. Meanwhile, we kept our mind on the most compact and full exposure of each answer», - adds Maryna Pavlenchyk.
