M&A, Banking & Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency practices at PwC Legal in Ukraine recognized as one of the strongest on the market

PwC Legal in Ukraine has been recognized yet again for its leading positions in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Banking & Finance by The International Finance Law Review 1000 (IFLR 1000). This year the research also highlighted the firm’s in-depth expertise in Restructuring and Insolvency as well.
IFLR 1000 is an annual international ranking of leading law firms specializing in financial and corporate law. The ranking methodology takes into account the complexity and scale of the transactions that the firm serviced during the calendar year as well as assessments from clients and market peers.
