PwC Legal in Ukraine strengthens its White-Collar Crime practice

PwC Legal in Ukraine welcomes Artem Krykun-Trush, who joined our White-Collar Crime practice in October.

Artem has worked with reputable international law firms focusing on white-collar crime, compliance, global investigations, and dispute resolution. He has wide sectoral experience, advising clients from banking, FMCG, telecommunications, aerospace, and defence sectors.

Artem also possesses unique experience of working as a senior investigator within the Military Prosecutor’s Office and as a senior detective within the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. This experience allows him to effectively protect the interests of clients before the law enforcement agencies within criminal proceedings.

"I am happy to join such a strong international team and plan to focus on white-collar crime, internal investigations and dispute resolution. I believe that my unique experience with the law enforcement bodies and deep understanding of the specifics of international business will be the key to the success of our clients in solving the most sensitive issues,”

commented Artem Krykun-Trush.

“We are committed to expanding the legal support to our clients and are delighted to welcome Artem in our Team. We believe that his solid experience with the white-collar crime issues will help us deliver best results faster for our clients and our dynamic White-Collar Crime team will progress to new heights,”

commented Alexey Katasonov, Partner, PwC Legal in Ukraine.
