Selective Experience
Full-scope legal assistance on various labour law matters, including: hiring and dismissal procedures; non-standard working schedule; essential working conditions; confidentiality and non-compete matters, including sensitive matters regarding the employment relations with the management of the local company.
Consulting on increasing the annual base salaries for employees and its implications for the company. Provision of legal analysis of the issues connected with using arrangements with contractors in Ukraine and risks associated with potential recognition of the relations with contractors as hidden employment.
Provision of a full scope of HR administrative support. Advice on complex consultations on HR/labour topics as per request of the client.
Provision of an on-going legal support to the client with a wide range of employment law issues comprising a part of the comprehensive assistance to the client in relation to establishment of business in Ukraine, including: advice on the immigration compliance and obtaining the necessary documents for the foreign individual; preparation of employment agreements and contract with the Director; advice on travelling character of work, salary change, transfer and dismissal of employees; implementation of the necessary changes/procedures in full compliance with the Ukrainian labour law.
