The Cabinet of Ministers expanded the list of goods that are recognized as humanitarian aid

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №362 on March 26, 2022 expanded the list of goods that are recognized as humanitarian aid when crossing the customs border of Ukraine under martial law.

From now on, the citizens of Ukraine can import the following goods if they submit a letter of guarantee of the end user to the customs authorities:

  • plates for bulletproof vests
  • non-civilian portable radios
  • remotely piloted vehicles (quadcopters) for non-civil purposes
  • binoculars, monoculars and other optical tubes, magnifiers for non-civilian purposes
  • collimator sights, optical sights for non-civilian purposes
  • thermal imagers, night vision devices.

The import of goods that are not defined by this Resolution and which belong to dual-use goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution №86 from January 28, 2004.
