Forms for special AEO customs simplifications are approved

On February 26, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2021 № 139 "On approval of the application forms of the enterprise for granting permission for the use of special simplification and permission for the use of special simplification" was published.

The resolution approved the application form for granting permits for the use of special simplifications and the form of permits for the use of such special simplifications as:

• "general financial guarantee"
• "self-sealing"
• "simplified declaration procedure"
• "release at site".

Please note that from November 2022, amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine will come into force, in connection with which companies without the status of AEO will be able to carry out customs clearance only with the presentation of goods to the customs authority.
