PwC Ukraine acted as an expert and independent consultant verifying the correctness of voting results within “HR Brand Award 2020”

Each year, “HR Brand Award Ukraine” brings together businesses, Ukrainian HR community and those involved in building the employer brand and working with the human capital. As in previous years, “HR Brand Award 2020” summed up its results in a format of a conference that highlighted the latest trends, effective ideas emerging in the employment market and the newest talent management tools used by market leaders during 2020.

For the third year running, PwC experts were honoured to open the first panel discussion of the HR Brand Award Ukraine conference.  This year, the opening topic for the discussion was ‘HR challenges and insights 2020 and perspectives for the year ahead’. Irina Blinova, PwC Academy Ukraine Leader, spoke to attendees and shared PwC’s international experience in L&D and talent management. In her speech, Irina shared key findings of PwC's Talent trends 2020: Building confidence in an uncertain world survey, touched upon gig economy as a new format of the employee - employer relationship and spoke of global upskilling, learning and development trends.

The conference culminated in the award ceremony. Maxim Vykhovanets, Partner at PwC in Ukraine, presented the envelope with voting results to the event host on behalf of the firm as the independent consultant confirming the vote count accuracy.  Maxim commented on PwC Ukraine's engagement as the expert of the Award:
