The conference, which offered 3 CPE hours, featured a diverse agenda, including keynote addresses, panel discussions, and sessions on enhancing customer experience through technology, leveraging data analytics, AI, and automation for smarter decisions, maximising ROI in the digital age, and addressing IT security in the era of cyber and AI.

The day conference, which offered 5 CPE hours, was a great opportunity for finance and tax professionals to stay ahead of the latest developments and trends in VAT.
