Case studies

At PwC Malta, we worked alongside a major local hospitality group to tackle a significant F&B RfP with a tight 4-week deadline. We were responsible for coordinating and managing the RfP response, ensuring the proposal surpassed expectations and requirements. We collaborated closely with the client’s operations team, namely operations, HR, finance, as well as external consultants like the architectural team, brand management consultants and legal advisors. In addition, we supported the client with concept development to ensure it met RfP requirements and worked on solutions with the client team.

Over the last 10 years, we have assisted our clients with the project management and compilation of content for annual reports, which once approved are passed on to the client’s design sub-contractors or client inhouse teams.
