Our Consulting team has 20+ years of experience in assisting various clients in the submission of public and private tenders. Over the years, the team has supported clients across various industries to respond to public tenders, including hospitality, contract catering, property development and construction, and healthcare, amongst others. Apart from the PM function, we also support our clients to analyse RfP requirements, review and draft submission responses, as well as assist in the raising of clarifications, the formulation of consortia or in identifying strategic investors.

PwC Malta assisted a large local hospitality Group respond to a large F&B RfP with a 4-week submission timeframe. PwC was responsible for coordinating and managing the RfP response, ensuring the proposal surpassed expectations and requirements. PwC collaborated closely with the client’s operations team, namely operations, HR, finance, as well as external consultants like the architectural team, brand management consultants and legal advisors. In addition, PwC supported the client with concept development to ensure it met RfP requirements and worked on solutions with the client team.

Over the last 10 years, we have assisted our clients with the project management and compilation of content for Annual Reports, which once approved are passed on to the client’s design sub-contractors or client inhouse teams.  We work with the client’s auditors, digital and print designers, public relations consultants and C-suite personnel, ensuring quality, consistency and the timely delivery of Annual Reports.

Over the years, PwC has successfully supported various clients in obtaining franchise agreements from globally renowned brands. As project managers, we support the client in ensuring that they meet franchise requirements, help prepare business plans, develop the proposed market entry strategy, and prepare a strong business profile. Our aim as PwC is to ensure that clients are putting their best foot forward in attracting the franchise to work with them.

PwC Malta was engaged to provide Project Management Office (PMO) services in an IFRS17 Implementation project for a large multi-national organisation. PwC supported the client in setting up the PMO to coordinate the development and implementation of a third party IFRS 17 software solution, as well as to maintain the PMO within its remit to support project coordination. This involved setting up the programme governance structure, coordinating workshops to establish programme plans (milestone and detailed plans), and establishing other project management tools such RAID Log, leave planner, report templates etc. In addition, PwC assisted with the day-to-day coordination of the project between the multiple stakeholders, such as workshop coordination, risk assessment and monitoring, project plan monitoring and control, reporting and conducting weekly PMO meetings, as well as monthly Steering Committee meetings.
