Case studies

We embarked on a comprehensive study to quantify the size of the Maltese sports equipment and apparel market. By gathering and analysing data from diverse sources, we ensured the figures were robust and reliable. This information was challenged and validated to provide the client with reliable figures. Our research delved into market shifts, competitor landscapes, and emerging trends.

To deepen our understanding, we conducted an online survey targeting the general public. This helped us capture insights into consumer profiles, needs, purchasing habits, and preferred shopping venues.

We collaborated with a professional services firm in Malta with the development and roll out of a bespoke employee engagement survey. This process included crafting people engagement metrics, developing a questionnaire, and hosting a workshop with the client to align on metrics and priorities. We then launched the survey using a digital platform and created a PowerBi dashboard to present the findings

We joined forces with bBrave, Malta’s pioneering anti-bullying organisation, to conduct a national study on workplace bullying. To ensure the results reflected the Maltese population, we used a stratified sample and reached out via social media where we engaged 2,473 respondents.

The insights gained were instrumental in shaping anti-bullying policies, training, and awareness campaigns. Additionally, we facilitated 10 focus groups, each with 12 participants, to gather further insights over sessions lasting 1.5 to 2 hours.
