Our firm's brand evolution over the past years has been more than a visual transformation. It reflects how we are moving forward as a human-led, technology-enabled firm. We're bringing together people, expertise, and technology to help you, our clients, turn change into opportunity. In the same way as industries are converging and business models are evolving, our brand must continue to evolve too – all with the aim of ensuring it expresses more clearly how we help organisations build, sustain, and accelerate momentum.
AI, climate change, and shifting geopolitics are changing how we live and work. They are creating new customer needs, opening new markets, enabling different business models, and blurring the boundaries between sectors and industries. For this reason, change is no longer a periodic response to disruption in the business world, it is a continuing requirement for relevance, resilience, and growth.
Our Value in Motion flagship research looks ahead to understand where value is moving as these forces reshape the global economy. It points to the emergence of domains of growth. Markets are now being organised around fundamental human needs and enabled by ecosystems that cross traditional sector boundaries. Being able to see these shifts is only the first step. The greater challenge for businesses is deciding where to play, how to compete, and what must change in the way they create, deliver, and capture value.
Our network's approach to reinvention is centred on helping organisations move beyond incremental optimisation and rethink how they create, capture, and deliver such value. For us in Malta, that means preparing our own firm for what clients need next – connected industry expertise, multidisciplinary teams, technology that performs in a business context, and trust built into every stage of transformation. By drawing on local knowledge and the reach of our global network, we can help clients see emerging opportunities, make more confident choices, and turn ambition into action.
This evolution is also reflected in the way we articulate our role. Through the renewed “So You Can” brand messaging, we aim to connect what we bring, being industry depth, human insight, technology, alliances, and execution, to what you need to achieve.
As our services grow and transform to help businesses reinvent themselves, we knew that we had to keep pace and reinvent how we present ourselves too. The refreshed brand is therefore not the transformation itself; it is the outward expression of a deeper change in our capabilities, our ways of working and the experience we want to create for our clients. Our bold visual and verbal identities give clearer expression to a firm that is forward-looking, collaborative and ready to make change happen, as we do in business.
Our rebranding efforts have been unfolding in phases which will last a total of two years and is expected to be fully implemented by April 2027. The work began with the foundations of the identity and has progressively moved through the touchpoints where clients, our people, and the wider community experience our brand. This has allowed us to craft consistency carefully, while ensuring that each application is purposeful and relevant.
By April 2027, our two-year rebranding programme will be fully implemented across its principal touchpoints. Yet the journey will continue. As our clients’ industries, expectations, and opportunities evolve, we will keep evolving the capabilities, experiences, relationships, and brand we bring to you, so you can continue to build trust, reinvent, and sustain momentum.
