Andrew is Partner within the PwC Digital Services team at PwC Malta with a specialised focus on the governance of Information Technology and Cyber Security within organisations. Throughout his career, both in Malta and the US, Andrew has demonstrated a deep understanding of the intersection between business objectives, technology and risk management, particularly in the realm of innovation and cybersecurity. Andrew is dedicated to helping organisations recognise and extract substantial value from their digital investments. In an era where cybersecurity is paramount, he stands out for his commitment to ensuring that technology not only meets regulatory and industry standards but becomes a powerful enabler for innovation and growth.

Anja works closely with clients to design and implement sustainable, future‑ready leadership solutions across the globe. She supports organisations, leadership teams, and senior executives in understanding and managing the human and behavioural dimensions of transformation, including the impact of digitalisation on the workforce. Anja brings extensive experience across industries in leadership development, executive coaching, talent assessment, and large‑scale organisational change. She is a Co-Founder of PwC's global Centre for Transformative Leadership and part of the team behind our thought leadership and frameworks, such as the Six Paradoxes of Leadership or PwC's Transformative Leadership framework.

Dr Kaspar is a recognized expert in digital, technology, and a.i. strategy. His work focuses on how organizations can leverage digital innovations to re-invent their business and operating models, with particular emphasis on leadership behaviors, culture, and strategy in complex, fast‑changing environments. He also has a deep expertise in the Pharma and Healthcare sector.

André Xuereb is a full professor of quantum physics at the University of Malta, where he established the quantum research group, and Founder & CEO of Merqury Cybersecurity. He read for an undergraduate degree in mathematics and physics at the University of Malta, a PhD in theoretical physics at the University of Southampton in the UK, and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship at the University of Malta; he is currently reading for a master’s degree in diplomacy. Since 2021, André is Malta’s Ambassador for Digital Affairs. In addition to this, he is also Chief Scientific Officer of an artificial intelligence start-up, married to a lawyer, and the proud father of three wonderful children.
