Green Project Management is a focused three-day course designed to equip you with the skills to manage projects sustainably. Delivered in four modules over the total of 10 hours, the course includes interactive presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. You will learn to apply sustainability principles, understand the PRiSM lifecycle, and develop sustainable business cases.
