Enhancing our value proposition to attract and retain talent through GROW


One of the ways we encourage in-the-moment appreciation among our people is through a real-time recognition programme called flexPoints, which runs on both a mobile app and website.

Launched in 2017, the programme provides a digital platform for our people to express their appreciation and/or recognise the contributions of their colleagues.

flexPoints allows Managers and above to recognise staff by rewarding points and badges based on their exemplary contribution. Similarly, our people can appreciate their managers as well by awarding them badges, which are based on PwC Values. Our people can then redeem vouchers from popular vendors of their choice with the points awarded to them.

These awards recognise teams and individuals who have demonstrated the values and positive behaviours in driving culture change. Through the following awards, we also celebrate the diverse strengths of our people and encourage early adopters of firmwide programmes:
