Getting ready to start

When will I expected begin working?

We're known for our smooth onboarding process. From our first contact with you to your first day at the office, we aim to make your transition seamless. The recruitment timeline may vary based on your citizenship status. EU citizens enjoy free movement within EU countries, while non-EU citizens need a work permit and often a visa. This process can vary in length.

Will you help me get a work permit?

We'll guide you through this process by providing a checklist of required documents. Once everything is ready, we'll submit your paperwork to the relevant authorities.

Do I need to find my own housing?

We'll connect you with local agents who can assist you. Additionally, we'll introduce you to other expats at a similar recruitment stage who are seeking shared accommodation. We're also available to visit properties of interest to ensure they meet standards.

Getting on board

What will my first day at work be like?

Your first day is focused on orientation. Our HR team will welcome you, show you around the office, and introduce you to your new colleagues. You'll meet your manager and team and learn about our firm's culture through an onboarding presentation. After completing some paperwork and setting up your laptop, you'll be ready to start.
