Getting ready to start


When does employment start?

Renowned for our efficient on boarding process, we ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to your first office day. The recruitment duration varies based on whether you are an EU or non-EU citizen. EU citizens enjoys freedom of movement within the EU, whereas non-EU citizens need to apply for a work permit and possibly a Visa, which may affect the timeline.


Will PwC assist with obtaining a work permit?

Yes, we will provide guidance throughout the process, including a checklist of necessary documents. Once these are in order, we’ll handle document submissions to the relevant authorities on your behalf.


Do I need to secure my own housing?

We offer support by providing contact details of local agents who can assist in securing accommodations.. Additionally, we’ll connect you with other expats at a similar recruitment stage for shared-accommodation opportunities and are available to assess potential properties to ensure they meet standards.

Getting on board


What would I expect on my first day at work?

Your first day will be orientation focused. Our HR team will welcome you, showcase our offices and introduce you to your colleagues. You’ll meet your manager and the team, as well as become acquainted with our firm’s culture and its partners through an onboarding presentation. After completing some onboarding documents and setting up your tech, you’ll be ready to embark on your PwC journey.
