Career Edge by PwC’s Academy is designed to help students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals strengthen workplace readiness, deepen business understanding, and build a foundation for long-term professional growth.

Career Edge: A month-long learning journey
Career Edge is designed to provide students, graduates, and early-career professionals with practical skills and knowledge to thrive in the workplace. Each bootcamp will be conducted once a week and is designed to be completed over a four-week journey. This allows learners to apply their knowledge and skills directly before or while they are on the job.

Through a structured learning journey, you will have the opportunity to build your confidence and practical skills to communicate a compelling professional brand, influence stakeholders, and present persuasive solutions to real-world challenges. You will learn to:
- Create a concise personal brand statement and professional profile
- Deliver a clear 60-second introduction in person and on video
- Deliver a persuasive three-minute pitch with a clear call to action
- Understand the importance of influencing stakeholders through a stakeholder mapping exercise
- Build commercial thinking skills by exploring profitability and market viability through a hands-on mini business modelling project
- Develop practical presentation skills
- Apply your learnings through the Career Edge Summit
Career Edge Summit
The Career Edge Summit serves as the programme’s capstone project, culminating in a business case pitch to PwC Malaysia’s leaders. As a participant, you will be expected to showcase your learning, receive valuable feedback, and demonstrate your readiness to thrive in the workplace.
More than a final presentation, the Career Edge Summit celebrates growth, collaboration, and achievement, empowering you to use your skills with confidence and purpose.
