Konrad Borg graduated from the University of Malta with a B. Accountancy (Hons) degree in 1999 and is a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA). Specialising in auditing, accounting and related financial services and risk management, Konrad’s portfolio includes public, listed and private entities in various areas of industry and commerce, including the hospitality and leisure industry, property development, aviation, utilities, wholesale and retail, manufacturing and automotive. He has also been engaged for ad-hoc special assignments mainly relating to due diligence and public offerings. His experience includes consolidation assignments and the continuing obligations of listed entities. Konrad is actively involved in the MIA and was vital to the successful implementation of the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) in the local market, which is one of the mandatory reporting obligations for all listed entities in the EU.
Konrad is also a seasoned trainer internally, and externally, in particular lecturing Advanced Audit and Assurance to ACCA students through the PwC Academy.
