Designing vision and strategy for your organisation – WHAT has to be done and WHY

We will help you to define the vision and mission of your organization. Together we will identify the most important and strategic goals and bring together individual initiatives and measurable indicators. We will develop the implementation plan and help manage it.

In our work, we use the internationally validated Balanced Scorecard methodology, and we guarantee compliance with the strategic documents of the Czech Republic and the EU.

Feasibility studies

We offer tailormade feasibility studies for project applications for EU funds, including the Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and the expected item budget.

Financial and economic analysis for decision-making

We provide advice on the preparation and interpretation of financial and economic analysis:

  • We calculate the payback period of the investment plan, net present value and other financial indicators used in the preparation and assessment of the investment plan.
  • We assess the economic impacts of the considered investment.
  • We set up decision-making criteria for the top management or the Steering Committee.
Strategy for the Reform of Control and Supervisory Processes (RCSP) for institutions within the competencies of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic

The strategy was developed using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology. It included the elaboration of a methodology for measuring and evaluating the fulfilment of strategic goals and a proposal for the implementation management. The RCSP strategy defined the following:

  • Strategic goals and their interconnections
  • Initiatives and processes contributing to meeting the strategic goal
  • Responsible owners of the strategic goal
  • Indicators through which the achievement of strategic objectives will be evaluated (KPIs), including precise definitions of the indicators and their measure units, target values and the frequency of their measurement
Strategy of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic

We prepared a vision of organization, top goals and strategic goals in close cooperation with high-level management of the Financial Administration. Subsequently, we expanded individual goals into relevant initiatives, including assigning responsible owners and determining the appropriate metrics to measure them.

Feasibility Study on a New Gambling Information System

We proposed three possible solutions to the future gambling control information system in cooperation with responsible staff of the Ministry of Finance. We detailed the various options in the technical part of the feasibility study and prepared a financial analysis together with a cost-benefit analysis for each of them.
