The PwC Malaysia Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the completion of Project Fidelity - the sale of 100% equity in a Malaysia-based payment and loyalty solutions platform provider (“Target”) by a French business services group (“Seller”) to a Malaysia-based purchaser ("Purchaser").

The PwC Malaysian Corporate Finance team acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the Seller in connection with the transaction. Our teams facilitated a smooth and expedited process made possible by our international experience and strong understanding of the local market.
