PwC Malaysia and PwC Singapore advised a leading Malaysian power and infrastructure group on a private credit financing of US$50 million primarily for a renewable energy asset in Malaysia.

PwC Malaysia and PwC Singapore are pleased to announce that we have advised a listed Malaysian power and infrastructure group in securing access to US$50 million in private credit financing from Indies Capital Partners and Hana Asset Management Asia. The financing will primarily support the development and construction of the group's renewable energy asset in Malaysia as part of its broader green energy transition initiative.

The group is a diversified infrastructure and power generation company with operations across Malaysia and Vietnam. Over the years, it has established a strong track record in the development and operation of energy and infrastructure assets, including renewable energy projects, conventional power generation facilities, and other large-scale infrastructure developments.
