PwC advised the shareholders of Lucky Frozen group of companies (‘Lucky Frozen’) on the divestment of their 100% stake to Siam Food Services Company Limited (‘SFS’)
PwC Malaysia’s Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the completion of Project Lafayette, which involves 100% stake sale of Renewed Hope Pte Ltd, the holding company of Lucky Frozen group of companies, to SFS.
Lucky Frozen is a leading multi-temperature food distributor and integrated food solutions provider in Malaysia. SFS is the Thailand-based foodservice subsidiary of CP Axtra Public Company Limited (‘CP Axtra’).
The transaction supports CP Axtra’s strategic vision to strengthen its foodservice, retail and integrated food business regionally, as well as accelerate its expansion into the rapidly growing halal market.
PwC Malaysia’s Corporate Finance team acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Lucky Frozen for this transaction.
