The Malaysian Investment Development Authority has recently published the following guidelines on its website:
- Guidelines for Principal Hub Incentive 3.0
- Guidelines on Incentive for Setting Up a Global Trading Centre
The Guidelines are issued to incorporate the proposals announced in Budget 2021.
