Gazette of Labuan Business Activity Tax (Amendment) Act 2020
The Labuan Business Activity Tax (Amendment) Act 2020 (“the Act”) was gazetted on 10 February 2020 and comes into operation from 11 February 2020. There are no material differences between the Act and the Labuan Business Activity Tax (Amendment) Bill 2019 (as amended / passed by the Dewan Rakyat).
