Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance & safeguards at PwC Malaysia

Effective 27 September 2021

PwC Malaysia (PwC) has implemented a number of safeguards over the course of the past months to minimise the risks on our employees, clients and communities arising from the COVID-19 health pandemic. We have been complying strictly with the guidance from the Malaysian Government and health authorities. 

With the vast majority of states in Malaysia moving to Phase 2 and upwards of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), effective from 27 September 2021 all our employees will still continue to fully work from home (WFH) wherever possible until further notice. Offices in these states will be open for core services with limited capacity and available on rotation. Employees that are allowed back in the office will need to be fully vaccinated and adhere to strict health and safety protocols. 

During this period we remain committed to continue serving our clients and staying agile in how we respond to their needs.

PwC requests our clients to take their own measures to respond to COVID-19, in accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and Malaysia National Security Council (MKN). If you are an organisation with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 and PwC clients or employees may be affected, we ask that you immediately notify your preferred PwC contact.

All visitors  that are required to enter our office premises will need to be fully vaccinated and adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
