  • Perform as a focal point for telephone answering and directing to respective person
  • Welcome and answer to the visitors
  • Deal with Office Contractor for Internal Office Decoration matters
  • Deal with Suppliers & Vendors ;Stationary, Telecoms, office machines, furniture, other logistics
  • Manage Office Cleaning and Cleaners.
  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings for Country Director.
  • Print, file and handle correspondence, reports and other paperwork.
  • Update and manage databases.
  • Book flights and make accommodation arrangements.
  • Arrange to settle the internet, telephone, electricity, water and other bills
  • Supervise regular functioning of telephone lines and internet connection; Take immediate actions for any breakdown
  • Arrange the water and electricity supplies for the office
  • Arrange the meeting room booking
  • Manage the rented vehicles including calculation of drivers’ overtime, fuel cost, etc
  • Make sure to have enough stocks for office stationeries, medicines, other office equipment, refreshments, etc
  • Arrange telephone extension, business cards and access ID cards for new employees
  • Receive and deliver the documents to the respective person
  • Make the payments for operation expenses
  • Maintain gift/ meeting/ post registers.
  • Other administrative duties as and when required


  • Degree Holders with solid administration concepts
  • Minimum 2 years and above of relevant work experience
  • Good English communication skill (both in written and in oral)
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Must be meticulous, organized and possesses a flair for numbers
