Creating value through diversity. Be yourself. Be different.
Bringing together the perspectives of individuals of all backgrounds, life experiences, preferences and beliefs to create sustained outcomes for our clients, our people, and our communities.
We’re an organisation that leads with the heart and we prioritise our people. This is why we’re focused on fostering a culture of belonging and equity where a diverse community of solvers can thrive and feel like they truly belong. We do this by acting as a voice and an accelerator for Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) change in each of our member firms, across the PwC network, for our clients and in the wider societies in which we operate.
We are at our best when we bring together diverse experiences and perspectives. To leverage the benefits of our diverse community of solvers, we embrace and encourage differences and help our people actively develop the skills to work and lead inclusively. The breadth of our skills and abilities enable us to deliver unexpected insights and solve the most complex challenges facing business and society, all while building trust with our people, our clients, our stakeholders and our world.
Find out more about our Inclusion First strategy.
Our network-wide Inclusion First strategy is about fostering a culture where everyone is included, feels belonged and can thrive. Building an ethical, inclusive and equitable workplace for all is what matters most for us at PwC Singapore. Locally, our efforts are focused on two important dimensions of diversity, in addition to overall inclusion. They are gender inclusion and disability inclusion.
Cultivating an environment where all genders are empowered to advance and succeed in their careers throughout the various seasons of their lives – providing the necessary support and flexibility and enabling them to grow with the firm.

Aligned to PwC Global’s Disability Inclusion strategy, our local efforts have focused on building an inclusive environment where people with disabilities feel empowered to be themselves and have access to the support and adjustments, they need to thrive in the workplace and community. We have been recognised for our best practices in disability inclusion through the national-level accreditation Enabling Mark-Silver in support of the Enabling Masterplan 2030.
Key campaigns include, but not limited to, working with institutes of higher learning and organisations on programmes that drive inclusive employment as well as annual celebration of International Day for Persons with Disabilities.
