Janaiporn Khantasomboon is Partner in the Transfer Pricing Service Line. She joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Tax Consultants Ltd. (“PwC”), Bangkok, Thailand in 1998.

Janaiporn started her work in Thailand as a corporate tax and transfer pricing consultant before seconded to PwC Melbourne office to work intensively in the transfer pricing area during 2001. Orawan is a Tax Partner and leads the Financial Services Tax team of PwC Thailand. She has joined PwC since 1998 after five years experience with major financial institutions in Thailand. 

Orawan provides a number of local and multinational financial institutions with tax advice and transaction support services regarding investment structuring, corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She performs reviews of corporate income tax returns and advises clients on compliance matters. Also, she assists clients from the planning stage until the ideas are brought into implementation.

Panachai is one the co-authors of ‘Thailand Master Tax Guide 2018/2019’, responsible for the transfer pricing chapter. Thailand Master Tax Guide 2018/2019 is a comprehensive Thai tax guide authored by PwC and published by Wolters Kluwer group. Nopajaree is a Tax Associate Partner in the Financial Services team of PwC. She started her career with PwC in 2004 and now possesses 19 strong years of experience in taxation, specialising in the financial services (FS) industry.  

Nopajaree provides a wide range of tax consulting services to both FS and non-FS clients, including consulting on the tax implications of local and cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions and tax structuring work. She has also carried out tax compliance reviews and tax due diligence as well as assisted her clients in dealing with the Thai Revenue Department. As a result of her expertise, she has earned an esteemed foreign bank’s trust to perform all the tax functions for its Thailand branch for many consecutive years and has also led her team in various M&A deals of financial institutions in Thailand.

Pimprapai joined PwC Thailand since 2009 and has involved in various tax compliance services before joining M&A Tax practice in 2014. Also, she was seconded to PwC Singapore office for six months in 2018.
