Background:

Orawan is a Tax Partner and leads the Financial Services Tax team of PwC Thailand. She has joined PwC since 1998 after five years experience with major financial institutions in Thailand. 

Orawan provides a number of local and multinational financial institutions with tax advice and transaction support services regarding investment structuring, corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She performs reviews of corporate income tax returns and advises clients on compliance matters. Also, she assists clients from the planning stage until the ideas are brought into implementation.

Orawan led multiple tax due diligence and tax structuring services during the M&A process for various financial and strategic investors in various industries including the financial service industry.
